Univision’s “Premio Lo Nuestro” Brings More Fan Engagement Via Social Media than The Oscars

Univision’s “Premio Lo Nuestro” Latin Music Awards show had a more engaged social audience on Twitter than the “Oscars”, “People’s Choice Awards,” “Golden Globe Awards,” “Screen Actors Guild Awards” and “Critics Choice Movie Awards”, according to SocialGuide.  The “Noche de Estrellas” Red Carpet special was the most socially-engaged red carpet show so far in 2014.  The Social TV integrations were so effective Twitter featured them as best practices on their Media Blog.
