Looking for a company who’s not afraid to make a difference? Look no further, because Nike is shaking up the world of athletic apparel. It’s no secret that the market for sportswear pays little attention to religious and cultural diversity, but Nike is working to change that. PTTOW! member Jesse Stollak and the Nike team recently developed a breathable, lightweight, aerodynamic hijab for Muslim sportswomen. Their sport hijab prototype, flaunting their signature swoosh proudly over the left ear, will hit the market early next year.
