Mastercard Acquires AdTech Platform SessionM

 

This past October, Mastercard acquired adtech provider and PTTOW! member company SessionM in efforts to beef up its loyalty and customer engagement platform. This acquisition will help Mastercard improve its “ability to help brands around the world deliver personalized, real-time offers and comprehensive campaign measurement based on robust, data-driven insights.” Read more about the acquisition here.
