BandsInTown Finds a Way to Stay Home


Bandsintown went from being an artist discovery app to a live-streaming app seemingly overnight in the wake of COVID and is now focusing on creating new revenue streams for their artists, including paid virtual meet and greets. In keeping with their mission of empowering emerging artists, 76% of their 3,000 daily live-streams are for bands with less than 10,000 followers.
