We would like to congratulate our PTTOW! Member’s who made the 40 under 40 list!
BRANDON COLEMAN, CMO, Romano’s Macaroni Grill
The youngest person to take the CMO post at Macaroni Grill, Brandon Coleman is tasked with differentiating the chain from competition and is overseeing it’s rebranding strategy using data and building what he calls a best-in-class CRM operation to make it happen. Mr. Coleman, who joined Macaroni Grill as CMO in 2010, said that the chain’s challenge positioning as an upscale but value-oriented option while consumers become more conscious of their budgets.
THOMAS GENSEMER, Managing Partner, Blue State Digital
Blue State Digital has undergone a transformation since making a name for itself through its work for Barack Obama’s first presidential campaign. That’s in no small measure due to Thomas Gensemer, who joined the agency in 2005 and helped guide it through its acquisition by WPP in 2010. Notwithstanding its DNA, political work accounted for just 10% of its revenue in 2012, and it now has a roster of clients like Ford, Dow Chemical, Google and Unilever.
